Toyotetsu Canada, Inc. is a tier 1 supplier of automotive parts to Toyota.

 We are currently recruiting a Production Control Specialist to join our team in Simcoe Ontario.

Responsibilities:

-     Order raw materials to satisfy production schedule

-     Create production plan using Production patterning system

-     Management of inventory levels including following and improving existing methods and procedures

-     Excellent knowledge of kanban, AS400 systems

-     Knowledge of customer volume forecasts, ensure on time delivery

Key skills:

-          Demonstrated organizational skills

-     Excellent communication, problem solving and decison making skills

-     Must be a team player, able to work in a fast paced environment

-     Motivation/Commitment, adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks

Education/Experience Desired:

-     Production control experience in automotive manufacturing

-     Intermediate MS Office skills

-     Planning and scheduling experience

-     Press/stamping experience an asset
